I don't have those, since we use the DLLs direct from winpcap.org<http://winpcap.org>. They have some info about 
debugging and filing bug reports on their website though [1], including a debugging version of packet.dll.

It looks like this may be a bug with WinPcap, then. Just to be sure, though, do you have any information about what 
function call or line in Nmap's source is leading to the crash? If we can sanity-check the environment and arguments, 
we may turn up something that can be fixed in Nmap's source.
