Can't run zenmap on windows 8.1

Right click, run zenmap as administrator version zenmap 6.47


Click scan on any target:

"there was an error while parsing xml file generated from scan:
zenmap-g3rlin.xml:9:0: no element found"

Fresh install of windows 8.1 and zenmap.
