Hi All! Patch is attached and is at [1]. Something seems really wrong with nmap-dev's filter or something. I sent two mails before this one that had the patch attached. There is a chance that the filter was triggered due to a short mail. That is why I've written this long mail. BTW, the else clause for the for loop is a nice little thing that python has. It executes only if the loop completes (all iterations) without encountering a break on the way.
