Call for Testing: new WinPcap 4.1.3 for Nmap (r32149, head revision) (NPcap 1.2.0)

Good news! The new WinPcap 4.1.3 for Nmap (r32149, head revision) was released yesterday. All bugs known have been 
fixed. I have tested it under Win7/8 x86/64 without problems. Just click the exe installer for test. Moreover, if you 
test the building environments, so much the better. Let me know if you encounter any problems:). Many thx!
