Paris Traceroute?

Hello :)

A friend sent me this the other day, might be useful to implement into
nmap. Seems to provide a more accurate traceroute. Please note, the
proof of concept tool they provide needs to be ran as a privileged user.

Might be interesting to someone, an implementation of this in nmap
would make for some interesting "extra accuracy" in traceroute-of-scan :)

Unsure if it would be a core or a NSE thing, still getting to grips
with the nmap codebase myself in the hope of submitting
patches/features in the future.
