Note especially that 'libdnet' stands for

   "dumb networking library"

So make it "smart" to handle a fairly
rare corner-case does not see a good
expenditure of effort.  Anyway having
an option to force a particular
gateway MAC is quite in keeping with
the spirit of 'nmap'.
