SVN and Web server going down for migration/upgrades

Hi folks.  We're about to do upgrades to the web server (should make
it faster) and do the svn server migration work.  So the web server
and svn server will be down for a bit, hopefully less than an hour.
Once the svn server does come up again, it will probably be read-only
so no changes are made on the old server.  So if there are commits you
want to do, you probably have about 15 minutes until the old server
goes down.  Of course it won't be very hard to check them into the new
server later.
