Hi,

Accomplishments:
* Added more SMTP commands to smtp.lua library.
* Finished rewriting and cleaning all the smtp scripts, so they can use
  the smtp library correctly:
  smtp-commands, smtp-enum-users, smtp-open-relay, smtp-vuln-cve2011-1720.

Priorities:
* Finish the smtp-vuln-cve2010-4344.nse script.
* Review and prioritize my script list with Henri, and work on it.
