New instructions for building Windows installer

I rebuilt a Windows build environment today and updated the instructions
in docs/win32-installer-zenmap-buildguide.txt. The main new change is
that there is now an all-in-one installer for GTK+, PyGTK, PyGObject,
and PyCairo.

GTK+ is installed in a new place,
C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\gtk-2.0\runtime instead of C:\GTK. I
updated the build scripts to match, but if you haven't used the
all-in-one installer you will either have to move your C:\GTK
installation or edit the path in
zenmap/install-scripts/windows/copy_and_compile.bat.
