It's probably the libpcap upgrade to version 1.0.0 that happened in
5.10BETA1. Are you able to configure and build libpcap from
http://www.tcpdump.org/? If not, I suggest you notify the libpcap
developers, because it's better for things to be fixed upstream than in
our own branch.
