Psexec files not installing

I got a report recently that smb-psexec.nse isn't working on Windows. It 
turns out, the nselib/data/psexec folder isn't included in the Windows 
install.

I don't know much about how the Windows install is packaged, but can the 
'psexec' folder be installed next time around?
