I did some digging through google and found the following couple links that might shed light on where this number comes 
from.

I'm not 100% sure but it seems that this value is a default value set by Microsoft for variables storing a number of 
days. The boundaries set are -10675199 to 10675199. This number seems to crop up over and over throughout results of my 
google search (linked below) as a boundry on number of days. If I am on the right track (someone please confirm), you 
might be able to assume this value seen by your script would imply that the user has not specified a default and you 
could interpret it as such in the output instead of writing an obscene number of days....
