Looks good!  I tested it and it indeed works against my Postfix
systems now.  I made it a bit less verbose, since I think the compact
output is better even in verbose mode.  Also, I changed the id to
"SMTPcommands" to match the script name.  This may make it easier to
identify which script is giving the output.  I've checked it in to svn.
