Version 1.3.1.0 is here.

And it should work against postfix and other systems that don't
support HELP thanks to Arturo.

It uses both verbosity and debug level to decide what to print.

With both of them at 0, it's pretty quiet, but it can give you more
information and prettier output if you ask it to.

Please test against a variety of SMTP servers and post your results.
If nobody has problems, Arturo can remove my OpenVPN access to his
mail servers.
