More OpenSSL on Windows

Hey everyone, I've attached a patch very similar to Thomas' previous patch[1]. However, the process I've tested out and will discuss is a lot simpler than compiling OpenSSL from source or shipping an installer as previously mentioned. I decided to try out Dean Lee's OpenSSL for Windows[2] zip. It is a little behind (0.9.8e rather than g), but it's not terribly old either. Using this package makes it extremely simple to get OpenSSL working on Windows so I think a slightly older version is OK. I'm not sure why Thomas stated that he couldn't get the zip package to work[3] because it was smooth-sailing for me. Hopefully this won't be an issue. So, after applying the patch: 1) Get the newest version of the OpenSSL for Windows zip 2) Extract to C:\OpenSSL 3) Compile Only the two required DLLs are added. It works fine building an Nmap installer via 'make' in Cygwin as well. I think this is a very good middle ground from the previous two extremes of installing OpenSSL from source and shipping an installer. Please let me know what you think of this. I haven't given this extremely thorough testing because I'd like some response before continuing (like if the zip package doesn't work for you).
