Instead of "Special Scans" with things like IPProto and Ping scan, 
I've changed it to "Non-TCP Scans" and added UDP to the list (because 
I don't think UDP is really "special").  It works so that you can 
select both a TCP scan and UDP scan and run them together in the scan.
Looks good to me.  I think "Non-TCP Scans" is better than "Special", 
especially as some of the TCP scans are definitely a bit special...
