I've been able to reproduce it many times. It also seems it only happens when I use "--script all" along with it (not with specific categories or scripts) It doesn't happen *every* time I use --min-hostgroup and --script all, but it *hasn't* happened when I don't use them *both*.
I too have ran into this. I thought it was a bug with "--script all" since I *always* use --min-hostgroup. I thought it had been fixed. If Kris is too busy, I in a few days I should be able to setup a test environment and get some debug output.
