Having attempted to submit the OS fingerprint (and having already
checked it as OK):

OS:SCAN(V=4.22SOC8%D=11/2%OT=80%CT=%CU=%PV=Y%G=N%TM=472A85A9%P=i686-pc-w
ind

OS:ows-windows)TSeq(Class=C%Val=54620CE9%IPID=I%TS=U)T1(Resp=N)T2(Resp=N
)T3

OS:(Resp=N)T4(Resp=N)T5(Resp=N)T6(Resp=N)T7(Resp=N)PU(Resp=N)

For

NETGEAR FS750T Smart Switch

I got the following error:

Errors:

    * Thanks for the submission, but (as noted on the submission page),
we are now only accepting second generation OS fingerprints. These are
generated by Nmap 4.20ALPHA6 and later. You can obtain the newest Nmap
version from http://insecure.org/nmap/dist/?C=M&O=D . If you have time,
please upgrade to this version and submit fingerprints for undetected
systems. We hope to grow the database so this system is much more
comprehensive and more accurate than the old detection system. The new
system is documented at http://insecure.org/nmap/osdetect/.

As can be seen I'm running 4.22. Am I doing something wrong or is this
a bug?

The command was: nmap -vvv -O --osscan-guess -sSU <address>
