OS Fingerprint Submission Form javascript error

Hi to the whole list.

I was trying to send a new OS report but pointing my browser to
http://insecure.org/cgi-bin/nmap-submit.cgi, Firebug instantly
highlights one error on line 345, saying "do_setup is not defined".

Ignoring it, I tried to do something: choosing "operating system -O"
Firebug raises another error, on line 1, saying again that
"update_fp_type is not defined".

I'm not good in debugging javascript, so I hope this will help you.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.6 and Firebug 1.05 on Ubuntu 7.04.

Thanks for doing such amazing job with Nmap, guys!
