Nmap 4.20RC2: stable release is imminent

Hello everyone,

I just released Nmap 4.20RC2 to the Nmap download page, but there is
still a major problem preventing the 4.20 release: Xprobe2 has 224
signatures and Nmap only has 214 gen2 fingerprints.  We need 11 more!
No, I'm not above petty rivalry with other open source projects :).

Actually I wish all other open source projects the best, but I wanted
to do one (hopefully) last RC release to insure I haven't broken
anything since RC1.  Then I hope to release 4.20 on this coming Monday
or Tuesday.  So please give RC2 a good working over and report any
problems!  It would be great if someone could test it on Windows Vista
and report the results, now that we have Dan Griffin's fix in place.

Thanks to all of you who submitted OS fingerprints.  I have integrated
them all.  We're moving up in the world:

Synscan (0.1): 25 fingerprints
SinFP (2.02): 132 fingerprints
Nmap Gen2 (4.20RC2): 214 fingerprints
Xprobe2 (0.3): 224 fingerprints
Nmap Gen1 (4.20RC2): 1,684 fingerprints

Please keep those submissions coming.  At least 11 of them in the
next two days, please :).

Here are the changes since RC1:

o Integrated all of your OS detection submissions since RC1.  The DB
  has increased 13% to 214 fingerprints.  Please keep them coming!
  New fingerprints include versions of z/OS, OpenBSD, Linux, AIX,
  FreeBSD, Cisco CatOS, IPSO firewall, and a slew of printers and
  misc. devices.  We also got our first Windows 95 fingerprint,
  submitted anonymously of course :).

o Fixed (I hope) the "getinterfaces: intf_loop() failed" error which
  was seen on Windows Vista.  The problem was apparently in
  intf-win32.c of libcnet (need to define MIB_IF_TYPE_MAX to
  MAX_IF_TYPE rather than 32).  Thanks to Dan Griffin
  (dan(a)jwsecure.com) for tracking this down!

o Applied a couple minor bug fixes from Marek Majkowski to IP options
  support (which he previously added) and packet tracing.

o Incorporated SLNP (Simple Library Network Protocol) version
  detection support.  Thanks to Tibor Csogor (tibi(a)tiborius.net) for
  the patch.
