The banner you posted was:

Doesn't Nmap already properly parse that and tell you that the
protocol is ssh, the application is OpenSSH, and the version is "4.2p1
Debian-7ubuntu3"?  If 4.03 isn't doing that when you do an -sV, please
post the scan results and I'll try to put in a fix so it does tell you
all of that.  Because I just looked at the signatures and it seems
that should all be happening now.
