Nmap 3.9999 compilation under WinXP

Hi,

I just tried to compile source of Nmap 3.9999 under WinXP as per
instructions on
http://www.insecure.org/nmap/install/inst-windows.html#inst-win-zip-exec,
but compilation was not successful. I got next error:

Compiling resources...
.\nmap.rc(10) : fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.h'.
Build log was saved at
"file://c:\Data\C++\nmap-3.9999\mswin32\Release\BuildLog.htm"

My question is, where can I get some help with this problem, since I'm
systems engineer with little programming experience?

I am pleased to announce the release of Nmap 3.9999.  From the version
number, you can probably guess that we are getting very close to the
big 4.0 release.  But this version has many changes, so I wanted to
