[PATCH] nmapfe: now build without broken Gtk widgets ;)

This is the third patch in series of migrating slowly away from
deprecated Gtk2 APIs.

This patch replaces the broken GtkText API with the newer and shinier
Gtk text widgets - GtkTextBuffer, GtkTextView and friends ;)

It also fixes one embarrasing bug with the log files I introduced in
first patch - log files can be saved now.

Patch itself is here [1] and is incremental so you need to apply part1
and part2-v2 first.
