Asynchronous DNS Patch win32 works!

Hi all,

Just letting you all know that the windows version of the Async DNS patch seems to be working!

Big thanks to kx for finding the problem: the standard template library spec disagrees with VC++ Express 2k5 on the 
matter of list iterator decrementation...

Managed to get around it with a slight architectural change.
