win95 support for nmap

I added support for Windows 95 (and probably NT4 SP0 and SP1).  Now
you can run nMap on old unsecured win95 networks :)

Unzip nmapupd.zip into the mswin32 folder on beta29.

Note:  you still need winpcap from netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap.
Also, if your win95 system is old, get WinSock2 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/Windows95/downloads/contents/WUAdminTools/S_W
UNetworkingTools/W95Sockets2/Default.asp
