Yes, are you having trouble understanding that? Even if we suppose a world where you are the absolute king of all RIRs 
plus IANA *and* majority shareholder of all commercial entities you have envisioned for your round table, it would 
still not work.

I'd pay to see that unfold in a VR simulation though, A+ entertainment :D
