Provider IPv6 Deployment

Can anyone share resources on deploying IPv6 in a provider network?
Most all documentation I find is from the customer perspective; which is great and all, but what about setting up 
dhcpv6-pd, what about the relay agent, or what about an equivalent of dhcp option 82?
