Doubtful. This is most assuredly going to be a commercial production recursive DNS service. Matthew (CEO) has said as 
much on Twitter.

Yep, they’ve been trying to put something together in this space for several years.  Sounds like it may be close now.

I can’t say I envy them their task, as it will be very difficult for them to differentiate in that space, since they 
don’t have OpenDNS’s many years of experience and fine-tuning and security services, nor Google’s brand-recognition.  
Verisign have had a reasonably good commercial offering in this space for years, and hardly anyone’s heard of it, for 
instance.  I believe even Neustar does.  And they’re all DNS specialists, rather than web-content specialists.
