long story short-- we've got a customer ptp ds3 in there now that we're
attempting to relocate but it's become a cluster.

really willing to look at just about anything now that can happen quickly--
including plain old ip at the UN building.

Would help if you told us what exactly you were trying to get from 
point A to point B, and in what quantities.  What will work well for 
megabits may not work for gigabits, and dark fiber/ATM/whatever may 
matter as well...
