True, but at a price that means this won't occur on very many of earth's many CM and even if it did, when you subtract 
the space required for cooling them and the space required to produce the power to drive them (and the cooling plants) 
and the space required to produce the fuels for the power plants and... you still come up short. Indeed, as you make 
the hosts more dense, you may come up even shorter due to the overhead of supporting them.
