We have used both Arista and the LG-Ericsson switches, both have done very well, and both have a great $/value
proposition.

We use the Solarflare boards in an upcoming product ourselves, and they have been quite dependable, and again the
performance is great.

Just our 2 cents

Not to mention Arista's cli runs a busybox Linux inside!

Last I checked, Arista used Fedora Linux, with x86 dual-core CPUs and 4GB
RAM.
Their CLI was written in Python or Perl as well, and they encourage hacking
it for cool new things.
