Quite to the contrary Joe. It is actually a pleasure to read an operationally relevant thread on NANOG. If your 
customers are calling about accessibility issues then this is 200% relevant. The week long diatribe about why, who, 
what, when, and if Sun Spots caused it, after the fact, are not.
