IPv6 will be used in preference to IPv4 if it is available. If 6to4 is the only IPv6 connectivity then it will be used. See RFC3484. Preference of IPv4 is 10, 6to4 is 30.
However, in destination address selection "prefer matching scope" (comes up when v4 address is rfc1918) and "prefer matching label" is checked before preference.
