Here at planet (AS8737) we also having problems reaching msn/hotmail/messenger. Seems that C&W are also having problems reaching microsoft??
anyone else seeing high latency via L3 , especially the west coast ? - Keith
Same here, but also seeing a pretty loaded Telefonica peering on AMSIX, anyone seeing the same? Bye, Raymond.
