Hm. And how would it suppose to break IDN resolution? Client encodes
the hostname, then asks the DNS about already encoded name. So the
bind receives the request about, say, "xn--szkoagwnahandlowa-lyb21mca.pl".
How would that fail with "delegation-only"?
