Yes, That is VERY TRUE.. I put a block on 4 /8s of the 11 blocks I know are APNIC blocks and cut my spam load by 70%. But it is unmanagable.... J
Out of the frying pan, into the fire. A significant number of endpoints block all APNIC /8's due to spam. Perhaps RIPE?
