New NANOG traceroute (fixes -T compromise)

The new NANOG traceroute (also known as TrACESroute)
is now available.  It fixes the latest "security" compromise
detailed on Bugtraq and on SUSE security focus at
http://online.securityfocus.com/advisories/2740
