They are having major issues with DoS on one of their public networks at the moment. Unfortunately, the DoS is impacting the network equipment on which E's network resides. The issue is being worked with MSFC to get this resolved, and E will be available again ASAP.
It appears that all of NASA, including e.root-servers.net at Ames, is off the net (and has been most of the day). I've heard something about them having some kind of trouble at MAE-EAST and MAE-WEST; does anybody know anything more than that?
