For what it is worth we have filtered 137-139 at our border for years with no complaints. We are non-transit and primarily consumer based. We post the filtering policy. ESP and AHP are permitted (for VPN's). Mark Radabaugh VP, Amplex (419)833-3635 mark () amplex net
