Level 3 problems - was Re: Uunet to Level 3 San Jose peering problems?

According to Uunet:

        Level3 is having a major outage

        UUNET Network Operations (NOC)
        NOC Engineer on Duty
        800-870-0307

I can confirm that there are delays getting to many different 
backbones from Level 3. (Above.net, Uunet, Exodus). And look at these 
funky ping results:
