It is normally on http://www.noc.uu.net/ However there seems to be some time-related procedure (cron ?) which clears off 'old' information after a few hours. Since it happened at exactly 12:00, 18:00, I'm assuming some automated procedure. UUNET usually adds the comment back to the page later.
