SPAM attack on our support group

Last night, our support mailing list was mailbombed, and subscribed
to mailing lists. Anyone else get their support mechanisms hit, or
are we chasing someone who doesn't like us?

Private replies would be most appropriate, if there are several
incidents, I will summarize back to the list.
