Just an amusing note.. seems that the Wcom/Sprint fiber cut yesterday was
along the railroad about 1/2 a mile from the office here in MD.  I saw the
trucks fixing the fiber last night.  Seemed to be like the State Road
crews.. lots of guys standing around and one guy working.

The last few days have been hard, after the big Worldcom fiber cut
yesterday I thought life would get back to normal. Today Worldcom had
fiber cut in New York, and now this Sprint cut. If you add that with
the MAE-West outages it has not been a good week.
