Sean, I liked your compilation of exchange point connections. A single reference summarizing all of the major exchange points appears fairly interesting and useful. You might consider putting this information on a Web page where it would be readily accessible and where NSPs could, should they desire, review and update the information. -tjs - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
