What has been conspicuously absent is any comment from anyone at sprintlink on the original posting ("Interesting AP Article"). I tend to distrust anything I read in the popular press about tech topics. What is the truth level in that article's statement that sprint was "blocking traffic"?
This has been discussed on several occasions on the NANOG list. You can check out the archives at http://www.merit.edu/.mail.archives/nanog. The first reference to Sprint's plan to filter appears to be a message by Sean Doran (http://www.merit.edu/.mail.archives/nanog/0040.html), which was back in Sept of last year. mb
