ext_server_pivot source missing?

Hello all,

I'm trying to compile the win meterpreter service using VC++ but the solution file references the 
ext_server_pivot.vcproj which is missing.
I searched around and could not find the missing ext_server_pivot folder which should be under 
msf3/external/source/meterpreter/workspace no?

Am I missing something?
