Svn up show different results on windows and linux

Hi, list

With a svn update to r13058, I get different results on a windows xp3 and
backtrack 4r2 machine. The windows shows 707 exploits and 359 auxiliary,
while the linux edition shows 721 exploits and 390 auxiliary. Anyone knows
what's the matter? Thanks.
