Error while performing svn update and while starting msfconsole

Hi All,
   While updating my msf svn repo, I am coming across with this error:
svn: /opt/framework-3.5.1/lib/libssl.so.0.9.8: no version information
available (required by /opt/framework-3.5.1/lib/libserf-0.so.0)
svn: /opt/framework-3.5.1/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8: no version information
available (required by /opt/framework-3.5.1/lib/libserf-0.so.0)

And while starting up msfconsole, another type of error I am coming up with:

Is it because of some library linking issues?

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this problem?
