msvcr71.dll not found

Just for testing I've compiled windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp into a
binary and moved it to my completely unpatched Windows 2008 server but
when I try to run it I get a popup telling me it can't start because
MSVCR71.dll wasn't found.

It worked yesterday but I think that is before I did an svn updated so
I think something may have been broken in a recent check in.
